Job Overview

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and resolution services to our customers via inbound and outbound calls, as well as through the internet. Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), demonstrating a strong commitment to quality and excellence.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and maximizing opportunities to build rapport with the customer.
  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, using agreed-upon procedures to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain basic knowledge of blithequark's products and/or services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and offerings.
  • Prepare complete and accurate work, including appropriately notating accounts as required, to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance, contributing to the growth and success of blithequark.
  • Offer additional products and/or services to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and promoting blithequark's portfolio of solutions.
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in call tracking databases, ensuring that all customer interactions are recorded and easily accessible.
  • Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff, providing timely and effective support.

Essential Qualifications

We require a high school diploma, with three to six months of relevant experience preferred. Additional experience and skills may be required, depending on the location and/or program.

While not essential, we prefer candidates with:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and resolution services.
  • Strong knowledge of blithequark's products and/or services, or a willingness to learn and develop this knowledge quickly.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-production environment, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to changing circumstances.
