You will be part of a dynamic team of over 35 colleagues who are Data Specialists and Assistants for Graphic Design, working closely with another business unit reputed company Technical Data Products. Your primary responsibility will be to handle and document inbound customer requests for our service book, ensuring seamless data administration, acquisition, and customer support. This part-time position, with a schedule of 25 hours per week spread across five days (Monday to Friday), offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home in Netherlands, Spain, France, or Italy.

Key Responsibilities

• Data administration: Logging and conveying of data recorded and transmitted by the customer into systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
