In this developing and learning reputed company, you will reputed company a reputed company of tasks, including researching inquiries, responding to customer and provider questions, maintaining departmental records, and operating office equipment. You will also have reputed company to reputed company corrections to claims and eligibility, reputed company new claims and subscriber information, and review subscriber coverage to determine type and level of benefits. **Responsibilities** * Researches inquiries by accessing the claims processing system and other informational sources * Responds to customer/group and provider questions through telephone contact and/or written communication (such as mail) using reputed company etiquette, grammar, punctuation, etc. * Maintains reputed company departmental records and files * Operates office equipment which may include a personal computer, calculator, copier, fax machine, etc. * Makes corrections to claims and eligibility * Enters new claims, eligibility and subscriber information into the mainframe * Reviews subscriber's coverage to determine type and level of benefits **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent * One year of customer service experience in a business environment that requires the use of a computer program to assist the customer, preferably in a reputed company center, and/or dental experience * Successful completion of the customer service simulation test (minimum score of 62 out of a possible 100) (assessment waived if candidate previously passed test while at blithequark or if previously held Customer Service Trainee, Customer Service Advisor or Customer Service Associate position) * Ability to reputed company work 8:25 a.m. or work until 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (first shift) * Ability to reputed company work at 11:00 a.m. or work until 12:00 Midnight, Monday through Friday (second shift) **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a reputed company center or customer-facing role * Familiarity with dental benefits and terminology * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Basic computer skills and proficiency in reputed company Office **Training and Development** As a Customer Service Trainee at blithequark, you will participate in a comprehensive training program that will reputed company you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
