Job Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service capacity, preferably in a healthcare or medical billing environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional patient care and support
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment, with experience handling high-volume phone calls and providing timely resolutions to patient inquiries and concerns
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical/insurance coding and billing, with a solid understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management principles and practices
  • Must reside in Wisconsin, Michigan, or Iowa if working from home, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace that meets blithequark's remote work requirements
