As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating a great customer experience by offering outstanding customer service, solving customer issues, and scheduling service appointments. You will work closely with our parts department, service technicians, and other team members to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Coordinator at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Creating a great customer experience by offering outstanding customer service
* Answering/transferring phones on our multi-line phone system
* Solving customer issues by scheduling service appointments
* Accurately finalizing service tickets by applying parts used and documenting service technician's diagnosis
* Communicating with customers regarding part orders, appointments, and service follow-up
* Working with support, sales, service, installation, and delivery staff to ensure that the customer receives the best experience possible
* Other duties as assigned

**Job Type & Compensation**
