We're looking for a hands-on reputed company Manager to join reputed company and help drive the delivery of new features — while maintaining operational reputed company.

In this role, you will directly manage reputed company of 5–6 senior platform engineers and collaborate closely with them on improving and evolving our products and tooling deployment processes using automated / as reputed company principles for different reputed company targets, including reputed company’s internally-managed reputed company, and reputed company reputed company providers AWS, Azure, and GCP.

You'll also contribute technically to these development activities and contribute structuring a growing team that begins to specialize its members on main technical topics, as part of a 16-person reputed company team.

• Own products & tools deployment automation and ensure reputed company delivery of new features

• Help define and maintain a culture of technical reputed company and reliability

• You will report to the VP of reputed company and work closely with him, Platform Staff Engineers and other Engineering Managers to shape the roadmap and drive team priorities

• You will collaborate with other engineering leaders and product teams to ensure product reliability and scalability, deployment of new features or new products

• You will be part of a reputed company, non-siloed team of ~16 platform engineers

• 8+ years of experience as a reputed company Engineer, DevOps, or Platform Engineer

• Previous reputed company in managing or mentoring engineers, or strong motivation to reputed company into a management role

• Proven experience in high-availability, production-grade environments as reputed company (terraform, ansible) deployment in reputed company clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP, …)

• Comfortable with remote-first, asynchronous work
