As a Sr Remote CSR HI Residents only, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting Hawaii reputed company providers. Job Title: Sr Remote CSR HI Residents only Location: Honolulu, HI Pay reputed company: $19.38 Shift: 7:30AM - 4:30PM HST, Monday through Friday What's the Job? • Respond effectively to reputed company inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information and assistance to reputed company providers. • Support reputed company providers in enrolling into Hawaii's reputed company system by processing applications and reputed company transactions. • Participate in comprehensive training and shadowing to reputed company proficiency in reputed company handling and application processing. • Investigate and resolve reputed company issues, escalating reputed company necessary, to ensure high-reputed company service delivery. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of program policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. What's Needed? • At least 6 months of reputed company center experience required. • Experience in reputed company application processing is preferred. • High school diploma or GED required; relevant reputed company experience is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively in a supportive team environment.
