Part Time Customer Service Representative, Remote (Bilingual Spanish)

Our reputed company company is seeking compassionate individuals to join their remote customer care team. The Customer Service Representative will be reputed company on inbound and outbound calls reputed company the reputed company center to assist patients with questions, scheduling, processing authorizations, customer inquiry, and additional reputed company tasks as needed. Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish. 100% Remote, but need to be reputed company to commute to Hollywood as needed for team training. Equipment: Company provided Laptop, Headset, and Monitor Schedule: Monday to Wednesday reputed company-12PM Training: Must be available to work a full time schedule for training purposes 7:30AM-4PM ( from August 11 to September 5) Job reputed company • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and contacts in a fast paced reputed company center environment [approx. 75+ calls per day] • Screen, transfer, resolve and dispose of calls expeditiously. • Effectively schedule of participant's appointments, including trouble-shooting conflicts or urgent needs, communicating with staff, family, providers, etc., and meeting appointment turn-around times as outlined by scheduling protocols • Review, process, schedule and authorize orders • Ensure reputed company documentation of reputed company updates and communication is documented reputed company internal system • reputed company eligibility status and benefit information for participants • Address participant and provider inquiries • Escalate concerns as needed Job Requirements • High School Diploma or GED Required • 1 year experience in a Service/Support reputed company center environment • reputed company in Spanish is required • Customer Service in a reputed company setting is a plus • Must be computer savvy - we will train on CRM systems • Must have reliable high-speed internet reputed company reputed company.
