Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science, Education, Organizational Development, or a reputed company field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of reputed company leadership experience in Learning & Development or Organizational Development
• Deep knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theory, and clinical education models
• Experience designing reputed company programs for a multi-state, multi-site workforce
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and modern digital learning platforms
