KINTO Join is seeking a talented and reputed company Senior UX Researcher to join our dynamic team. The role involves working across our two main products, KINTO Join and KINTO Ride, to conduct user research and drive design solutions across mobile and web based administration portals. What you will be doing As a Senior UX Researcher at KINTO Join, you will be responsible for navigating relationships with multiple clients from various European countries and working closely with product owners to understand users' experiences and contribute to design solutions. You will reputed company these insights into our product development lifecycle, playing a crucial role in user testing, concept validation, ideation, and presenting research findings to the broader business. Your key responsibilities will be to: Conduct regular user testing to reputed company qualitative and quantitative data. Requirements We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience: Proven experience as a UX Researcher, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user research reputed company and reputed company. Experience conducting user research in a B2B2C environment. Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to run workshops and engage stakeholders in the research process. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously.
