As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner. Key Responsibilities

• Memorize scripts for Caption Care services and refer to them during calls
