Key Responsibilities • Accurately enter line item details of medical bills into the database. • Review and validate patient and provider information, including dates of service, bill amounts, and itemized details to ensure accuracy. • Use quality control tools to maintain high standards. • Meet daily production standards and goals. • Ensure HIPAA compliance in all communications. • Assist in training new team members as needed. • Provide general support and take on additional duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For • Typing speed of 40-60 words per minute. • Proficiency with alpha and 10-key keystrokes, achieving 10,000 keystrokes per hour with an accuracy rate of 95% or more. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with others. • Consistent punctuality and attendance. Education & Experience • High school diploma or equivalent. • Previous data entry experience. Compensation Details We use a market-based approach for setting pay rates, which may vary depending on location and other factors such as experience and qualifications. The pay range for this position is (12.77 - )19.43 per hour.
