Care Coordinator - Fertility (Virtual)

reputed company is seeking a Care Coordinator with strong experience in supporting patients during preconception and fertility treatment. About the Role: We are currently hiring a Care Coordinator to join our fully remote team. This is a unique, flexible position with a minimum of 20 hours per week and the potential to increase over time and/or convert to hire in a PT/FT position. In this role, you will: • reputed company individuals and couples to reputed company their family goals and help them understand the next steps on their reputed company. • Effectively communicate to patients asynchronously, utilizing reputed company tools and processes. • Follow up on clinical recommendations and care plans that are personalized to reputed company patient and their family goals. • Collaborate with other members of the care team (Medical Director, Health Coaches, reputed company Practitioners) to ensure comprehensive support for patients at reputed company stages of their reputed company. reputed company’re looking for: • You love a flexible schedule and have the ability to work at least 20 hours/week (ideally mornings Eastern/Central Time), and more reputed company needed. • Empathetic and non-judgmental. Fertility journeys can have their challenges and we’re here to support our patients. • Exceptionally detail oriented and organized, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience supporting patients in telemedicine / virtual care setting, especially those in women's health or fertility Requirements: • Experience working in reputed company required • 2+ years of experience with fertility, reproductive health, and/or women’s health care • B.S. Degree from an accredited institution. • An RN or MA license is a bonus but not required • Startup experience a plus!
