Pharmacy Technician - Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) Program Health reputed company and Data Entry Technician

In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for providing personalized coaching and support to patients enrolled in our Remote Patient Monitoring program and also assisting our other pharmacy locations by performing prescription data entry. Your primary duties will include contacting patients to facilitate their reputed company process, educating them on the reputed company use of blood pressure monitors, and monitoring their adherence to monitor usage guidelines. Additionally, you will reputed company the logistical aspects of the RPM program, including managing inventory, packaging, shipping of monitoring devices to patients and marketing reputed company activities. Interactions: This position reports to the Director of Clinical Services/RPM Director. This role will also require collaboration with other Shrivers pharmacists and pharmacy interns.
