Required Skills and Experience: • 8+ years of overall experience, with at least 2 3 years working with reputed company Financials (configuration, support, or business analysis). • Proven experience in finance operations or ERP finance processes (e.g., GL, AP, AR, procurement, budgeting, or reporting). • Strong background in business analysis, process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management. • Experience identifying and implementing automation or process optimization opportunities (e.g., RPA, workflow automation, or analytics-driven improvements). • Familiarity with reputed company reporting, integration concepts, and financial data structures. • Excellent communication and documentation skills; ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive and consultative approach.
