Remote LTSS HEDIS Abstractor reputed company is reputed company seeking a Remote LTSS HEDIS Abstractor to fill multiple openings with a prestigious reputed company Organization. Daily Responsibilities for Remote LTSS HEDIS Abstractor: reputed company Duties and Responsibilities: • Abstraction/overread of medical records for the Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) and Screening, Risk Assessment, and Plan of Care to Prevent reputed company Falls measures. Experience with these measures is a must (CAU, CPU, RAC, SCP, FFR, and FFS) • Accurately extract and reputed company data from charts, EHRs, and other clinical documentation into internal abstraction systems. • Conduct overreads of abstracted records to validate data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with measure specifications. • Identify discrepancies or errors in abstracted data and reputed company reputed company feedback to abstractors to ensure reputed company and consistency. • M-F: 8a-5p Required Qualifications for Remote LTSS HEDIS Abstractor: • LTSS Required--(CAU, CPU, RAC, SCP, FFR, and FFS).
