About the position Responsibilities • Manage a large inventory of claims ranging from minor to moderate complexity. • Answer inbound calls, reputed company claims, reputed company loss details from reputed company involved parties. • Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and reputed company auto and property damage claims for reputed company rideshare, reputed company GIG economy and/or personal lines non-reputed company products. • Explain policy, coverage, and appropriate course of reputed company. • Arrange and pay repair, rental, towing, total losses and negotiate storage. • Document claim files, send correspondence, and communicate with reputed company parties involved. • Work from a diary system to review and resolve claims reputed company state compliance guidelines, policy provisions and reputed company operating procedures.
