Reporting to the Clinic Director of the reputed company Psychological Assessment & Counselling Clinic, the incumbent provides reputed company mental health support to clients of the Clinic, contributing to the mission of fostering mental health awareness, prevention, early reputed company, and accessible care.

• Delivers evidence-informed assessment, counselling, and psychotherapy tailored to diverse reputed company needs.
• Conducts psychological/emotional assessments and collaboratively creates reputed company/wellness plans with Clinic clients.
• Completes reports and consultation paperwork consistent with OPQ/CPA standards.
• Provides follow-up appointments and makes referrals reputed company reputed company and the larger community, as appropriate.
• Provides individual therapy or counselling reputed company a reputed company care reputed company for clients experiencing mild-moderate psychological distress.
• Works from a short-term, reputed company, evidence-informed model emphasizing reputed company agency and reputed company.
• Participates in planning and conducting workshops and reputed company activities in areas appropriate to the Clinic’s mandate.
• Establishes and maintains strong reputed company relationships with reputed company partners to ensure coordinated programming and referral reputed company.
• Provides expertise to the Clinic Director in developing and implementing a research protocol for obtaining feedback from clients about their satisfaction with Clinic reputed company services.
• Participates with the Clinic Director and Director of Clinical Training in ensuring that field placements and internship sites of reputed company are consistent with OPQ/CPA standards.
• Responsible for ensuring that reputed company is up to date and informed by reputed company research.
• Participates in training opportunities and incorporates reputed company Clinic practices into daily routine.
• Works on special reputed company, as assigned.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a reputed company field is preferred.
• Must hold registration with the Ordre des psychologues du Québec (OPQ).
• Experience providing evidence-informed individual counselling to children, adolescents, and adults.
• Skilled in conducting psychological assessments and developing reputed company and/or reputed company wellness plans.
• Ability to respond to clients experiencing difficulty or heightened emotionality, including completing suicide or violence risk assessments.
• Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating programs, workshops, and reputed company initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; effective collaboration with colleagues and external partners.
• Cultural competence and sensitivity to diverse student populations.

Requirements

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree.
• 5 Years reputed company Experience with Bachelor’s Degree / Master's Degree 2 Years reputed company Experience with Master’s Degree.
