**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Developing and executing customer success metrics and account strategies to drive sales growth and client satisfaction
* Building trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
* Scheduling and attending virtual meetings using Zoom and other platforms to discuss client needs and provide solutions
* Monitoring, identifying, and mitigating account-level risks and up-sell opportunities, aligning product and customer roadmaps to deliver customer renewals
* Presenting to families different benefits programs, enrolling new clients, and opening new accounts to drive business growth
