Our Learning Delivery team plays a vital role in achieving this goal by providing top-notch training to our Customer Support Associates. As a Senior Learning Specialist, you'll be responsible for leading and supporting a team of up to 30 Associates, creating an optimal adult learning environment that encourages long-term success. **About blithequark's Learning Delivery Team** Our Learning Delivery team is a dynamic and innovative group of professionals who are passionate about creating engaging and effective training experiences. We're dedicated to helping our Customer Support Associates develop the skills and knowledge they need to provide exceptional customer service. Our team is committed to continuous improvement, and we're always looking for new and creative ways to enhance our training programs. **Key Responsibilities** As a Senior Learning Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks: * **Supervise structured learning metrics and oversee results**: You'll be responsible for monitoring and analyzing learning metrics for the assigned territory and region, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to address these gaps. * **Manage live performance metrics end to end**: You'll oversee the performance of our Customer Support Associates, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address these gaps. * **Conduct learning sessions and deliver training courses**: You'll design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our Customer Support Associates, including new hire training, continuous learning, and performance improvement programs. * **Maintain data and analysis through reports**: You'll use data and analytics to inform your training programs and identify areas for improvement. * **Ensure completion of new hire training program**: You'll work with operational stakeholders to ensure that new hires complete their training programs on time and are equipped to provide exceptional customer service. * **Partner with operational stakeholders**: You'll work closely with operational stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop training programs that meet these needs. * **Identify and certify learning coaches**: You'll identify and certify learning coaches who can support the development of our Customer Support Associates. * **Lead individual improvement projects**: You'll lead projects that aim to enhance business performance and improve the overall customer experience. * **Drive quality and learning metrics**: You'll work to improve quality and learning metrics, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these gaps. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * **2+ years of experience in training delivery roles**: You'll have a proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs. * **1 year experience in Customer Service or customer service-related work experience**: You'll have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. * **Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software**: You'll be proficient in using a range of software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and instructional software. * **Highly accurate and fluent in Japanese and English**: You'll be able to communicate effectively in both Japanese and English. * **Flexible to work within a 24/7 x 365 days global team across a variety of time zones**: You'll be able to work flexibly and adapt to different time zones and work schedules. * **Knowledge of adult learning, content design, and facilitation**: You'll have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and practices. **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * **Experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position**: You'll have a proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs. * **Project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects**: You'll be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. * **Strong ability to multi-task**: You'll be able to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously. **What We Offer** As a Senior Learning Specialist at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences.
