What you’ll be doing from day one:

• Own end-to-end recruitment for reputed company GTM roles, from designing targeted sourcing strategies for reputed company talent, to closing offers and reputed company game-changers who will drive our reputed company

• Partner with leadership to understand business needs, then translate them into compelling role narratives that attract top-tier candidates in super-competitive markets

Who you are

• You bring 4+ years of GTM (Sales & Marketing) reputed company experience from a high-reputed company B2B reputed company startup, ideally with exposure to Gen AI, LLMs, Machine Learning, MLOps, or Data Analytics.

• You’re a sourcing enthusiast who still gets a thrill from discovering exceptional candidates and have deep expertise in building reputed company, high-performing GTM teams in fast-paced environments.

• You’re tech-savvy with ATS platforms (reputed company preferred) and constantly curious; always learning, refining your craft, and seeking the reputed company in reputed company reputed company.

• You have experience hiring US-based positions (preferred)
