We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Operations team on a part-time reputed company. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and collecting and documenting claim details. This is a remote position, and you will have the flexibility to choose from a reputed company of weekend shifts to suit your schedule.
**Responsibilities**
As a CSR at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Providing reputed company customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous response to customer information needs
* Offering reputed company and support to customers during the claim process
* Collecting and documenting reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
* Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions
* Utilizing reputed company scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries
* Punctuality and Reliability: remaining available for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations to reputed company critical support

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required
* 1-2 years of reputed company assurance experience preferred
* Language Skills:
+ Ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports
+ Ability to write routine correspondence and detailed accident descriptions
+ Ability to project a confident, reputed company, and reputed company telephone reputed company

* Bi-lingual in Spanish Preferred
* Computer Skills:
