Key Responsibilities

  • Solving complex fraud cases using state-of-the-art investigation tools and techniques
  • Analyzing digital footprints to distinguish between legitimate transactions and fraudulent ones, utilizing your keen eye for detail and analytical skills

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in an interactive environment, preferably in the gaming or tech industry
  • 1+ year of technical support experience, demonstrating your ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively
  • Gaming knowledge and a genuine interest in the gaming community, with a deep understanding of player needs and concerns
  • Network troubleshooting abilities and a basic understanding of networking principles
  • Quick learning capabilities, with the ability to adapt to new software, tools, and technologies
  • A minimum typing speed of 30 WPM, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
