Key Responsibilities

As a Learning Experience Designer at blithequark, you will be responsible for designing and developing learning programs that reputed company reputed company new hires and tenured investigators reputed company the Payment Risk Operations (PRO) vertical. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Creating engaging e-learning for on-the-job performance improvement, using authoring tools like Storyline, reputed company, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar development tools
• Managing and executing curriculum maintenance review and implementations cycles
• Mentoring or coaching new LXDs and apprentices on design and processes
• Consulting with customers to define the problem to be solved and the best solution to that problem
• Contributing to the improvement of processes and curriculum templates to minimize the development time for new training materials
• Employing project management skills and tools to manage multiple reputed company to large-reputed company reputed company from analysis through delivery concurrently
• Embedding data collection and feedback mechanisms throughout our learning solutions to generate data-driven, actionable insights into the Investigator Learning Experience
• Leading efforts to drive reputed company performance improvement from those insights

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

• 5+ years of driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
• 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
• 3+ years of change management experience
