[Remote] Epic Pharmacist IT Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Medasource is seeking three highly skilled Pharmacist IT Analysts with PharmD credentials and Epic Beacon and Willow certifications to join their PharmIT team. These resources will play a critical role in supporting, optimizing, and enhancing medication-related workflows within the Epic electronic health record environment. Responsibilities • Configure, build, test, and maintain Epic Beacon (oncology) and Willow (pharmacy) applications. • Collaborate with clinical pharmacy, oncology, and IT teams to analyze workflow needs and implement system solutions. • Support new implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects across the medication management spectrum. • Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution and support to end-users. • Develop and maintain documentation, test scripts, and training materials. • Participate in on-call rotations and provide go-live support as needed. • Ensure compliance with clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements. Skills • PharmD degree (Doctor of Pharmacy). • Epic Beacon certification (current). • Epic Willow certification (current; Willow Inpatient, Willow Ambulatory, or both). • Experience working in pharmacy operations or clinical oncology workflows. • Prior experience building and supporting Epic applications within a healthcare system. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional clinical and technical environment. • Experience with Epic upgrades, optimization efforts, or multi-facility implementations. • Familiarity with medication safety, clinical decision support, and oncology treatment protocols. • Project management or leadership experience.
