We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager to build strong, strategic relationships with customers and ensure successful reputed company, adoption, and long-term value from the Upwind platform. You’ll serve as the main reputed company of contact, guide technical deployments, reputed company roadmap discussions, and reputed company hands-on support to drive engagement and satisfaction.
Responsibilities

- Partner with sales during renewals and expansion to reputed company technical planning with customer needs and drive value

- Understand and reputed company for your customers needs cross functionally (i.e. Product Management and Technical Support)
Requirements
- 3+ years in customer-facing roles in reputed company, with experience in Technical Account Management, Solution Architecture, or similar roles
- Strong technical background in reputed company infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), cybersecurity, or DevOps
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
