**Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – AI Model Development and Customer Support**

As a Key Information Researcher in our team, you'll play a critical role in driving the development, implementation, and support of AI (ML) models for our attractions. You'll work closely with internal partners to deliver exceptional visitor experiences through intelligent and data-driven systems across blithequark's Encounters (DX). Reporting to Attractions Functional Innovation, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact and contribute to the creation of unforgettable experiences for our visitors. **How You Will Respond** As a Key Information Researcher, you'll be responsible for: * Collaborating with colleagues to drive ML methodologies and identify areas where business issues can be addressed creatively by applying ML * Leading and working with other specialists and data researchers to execute and scale ML solutions to create magical experiences for our visitors and push the boundaries of functional objectives * Driving innovation, idea validation, innovation funding, and customer communications that lead to growing top-tier AI stages * Managing functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team * Building standard techniques used in everyday tasks and working with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space * Productionizing ML models in predictive analysis, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, and assessing their performance on real-world datasets * Collaborating with other teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and coordinating with existing software practices that produce efficient code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews **Required Capabilities and Abilities** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 2+ years of experience in Python and predictive modeling, including TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and more * 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP * Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile programming methodologies * Master-level experience in structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, etc.) and SQL social and non-social datasets * 2+ years of experience with Windstream or another data workflow management tool * Experience with version control software, like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines * Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and desired outcomes, and a strong ability to communicate effectively and make decisions **Favored Capabilities** While not required, experience in the following areas is highly desirable: * Docker * Control frameworks * Kubernetes * Cloud platforms in GCP or another cloud stage * Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence * Agile development methodologies * Automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment * Data visualization and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau) * Audio analysis * Text analysis **Education** A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field is required.
