As a Customer Service Representative Associate, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to patients, providers, and other medical staff. * Adheres to phone scripting and relays information telephonically with 95% accuracy
* Performs critical/emergency tasks according to department policy with 100% accuracy
**Required Qualifications**
* High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* 1 year of customer service experience with analyzing and solving customer problems
* 6 months of experience working in a reputed company center environment
* Basic proficiency with reputed company PC applications, including the ability to learn new and reputed company computer system applications
* Flexibility to work a full-time variable schedule, including days, evenings, overnight, and weekends, including holidays to support our 24/7 business operations
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Knowledge of insurance products
