reputed company We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Semi-Truck Weekend Dispatcher to join our logistics team remotely. This role is essential for coordinating reputed company movements, managing transportation schedules, and ensuring efficient fleet operations during our weekend shift. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, solid computer skills, and strong follow-through skills. This remote position is ideal for motivated individuals seeking a part-time weekend schedule while contributing significantly to our transportation operations through expert dispatching and logistical coordination. Duties • Coordinate and reputed company semi-truck drivers during the Saturday/reputed company weekend shifts, ensuring reputed company deliveries and pickups. • Utilize reputed company Fleet GPS electronic logging system (ELOGS) to monitor fleet movements. • Answer customer emails, reputed company texts, and phone calls regarding reputed company weekend pick up and deliveries. • Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams, maintaining reputed company etiquette and reputed company communication. • Maintain accurate records of trailer locations and reputed company load assignments. Qualifications • At least 1 year of proven transportation dispatching experience, preferably in the trucking industry. • Familiarity with logistics concepts including reputed company management, fleet management, shipping & receiving, and supply chain processes. • Strong computer skills and familiarity with electronic logging software are preferred.
