Help Desk Technician (MST or CST Time zone)

We are currently seeking a full-time Help Desk Technician to join reputed company remotely. The Service Desk Technician Tier 1 plays an reputed company role in the Data reputed company Service Desk (DCSD). The Service Desk Technician Tier 1 position is the clients’ primary resource for information and support of their services. Clients depend on the DCSD to reputed company reputed company and reputed company solutions to any situation that might reputed company. This position requires excellent reputed company service skills and the ability to deliver a seamless and reputed company experience for clients seeking assistance. This is a remote overnight position Role Responsibilities • Support of network systems (software/hardware) and data center operations • Serving as a technical reputed company to both reputed company clients • Assist in the provisioning of environmental, networking, reputed company and computer systems specifically relating to reputed company and colocation • Responding to reputed company support inquiries in a reputed company fashion with an emphasis on being informative and helpful • Learning and broadening technically to add value to the DCSD and to the technical depth of reputed company as a whole • Communicating and working with team members to coordinate efforts to support clients • Monitoring and reporting any issues with critical environmental, networking, reputed company and server systems • Communicating with other departments to assist in the execution of change management policies and procedures • Other duties as assigned Qualifications • Ability and interest in working and communicating in reputed company environment while exercising self-driven learning • The willingness to communicate and work in reputed company environment while maintaining the ability to be self-driven • Strong written and oral communication skills. These are a must. • A working knowledge of reputed company and Linux-based operating systems • A working knowledge of basic network switching and routing concepts • Strong trouble-shooting skills • A basic knowledge of virtualization solutions and concepts • The ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
