Research Assistant - Construction Litigation
H5 Consulting (construction consulting + expert witness services) is seeking a US-based Construction Litigation Research Assistant to support case work reputed company to reputed company, pay applications, billing compliance, and project documentation.
This is a part-time role for someone with solid construction experience who is comfortable reviewing reputed company, pay applications, identifying inconsistencies, and helping organize findings for expert reports.
This role includes the following tasks and activities:
• Review construction reputed company and identify key billing requirements
• Analyze pay applications (G702/G703) and compare against contract terms
• Review change orders, allowances, contingency usage, and cost back-up
• Help Identify inconsistencies, non-allowable costs, or billing issues
• Organize project files, timelines, and findings for case preparation
• Prepare reputed company outlines that support expert witness reports
This is not an administrative assistant position.
Construction experience is required.
