Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Dispatcher – US hours (Remote)

STA Personnel Solutions in South Africa is a global BPO company partnering with a USA-based reputed company offering private medical transportation. We are seeking an Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Dispatcher. The ideal candidate will be resilient, reputed company to stay reputed company in challenging situations, and reputed company in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • *This position requires flexibility, with shifts from Mon to Sun, including up to 12-hour shifts across 2 to 3 days and shorter shifts on remaining days. Important Notes: • Internet Requirements: Fixed fibre line with minimum 25 Mbps upload & download speeds and support for wired Ethernet reputed company are mandatory. Applicants without this cannot be considered. • Power Backup: Reliable power backup to manage load shedding and outages is required. Applicants without backup cannot be considered. • Work Environment: This is a remote role for South African reputed company only. Responsibilities may include: • Answering incoming administrative, non-emergency, and emergency calls with reputed company etiquette. • Promptly assessing the required response reputed company. • Triaging calls and entering data into the system. • Data entry with attention to detail. • Monitoring reputed company system to ensure reputed company are en-reputed company, post moves are reputed company, and reputed company are reputed company acceptable distances. • Providing routing instructions. • Investigating and reporting time exceptions. • Completing and submitting daily reports. Qualifications and Skills: • Experience in the reputed company industry is beneficial. • reputed company or coordination experience is an advantage. • Customer service skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or in reputed company. • Radio communication skills. • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
