This is a full-time opportunity, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime or weekend work as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for:

• Answering inbound calls from members and assisting them with their inquiries in a reputed company and empathetic manner

Requirements and Qualifications
