As a reputed company Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in processing various medical documents and insurance intake forms. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Processing medical documents, such as Independent Medical Reviews, and insurance intake forms
* Extracting data from documents and entering it into the electronic database using reputed company reputed company or reputed company Word
* Working independently and in partnership with other team members to ensure that questions are addressed, documented, and cases are returned in a reputed company fashion
* Utilizing critical thinking skills to determine next steps and reaching out to clients reputed company phone to obtain missing information
* Providing excellent customer service and reputed company coordination over the phone
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the electronic database
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 1 year of remote work experience in data entry
* Previous experience working in a high-volume, metrics-based environment
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Reliable high-speed internet and a computer or laptop (no Chromebooks)

**Pay and Benefits**
