Key Responsibilities and Expectations

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development, management, tracking, and monitoring of Customer Organization performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Your expertise in strategic planning, portfolio management, and project management will be essential in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction. Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive customer strategies that align with blithequark's business objectives
  • Managing cross-functional projects and portfolio planning to ensure seamless execution and delivery
  • Creating executive-level presentations that effectively communicate project plans, progress, and results to senior leadership
  • Establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, including Customer, Commercial, and Operations Teams
  • Monitoring the Customer Portfolio, including tracking risks, issues, and scope management to ensure timely mitigation and resolution

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in project management, strategic planning, and portfolio management principles. You should be skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and have experience in creating high-quality, executive-level presentations. Additionally, you should be able to deliver a high volume of executive-level presentations in short periods, demonstrating your ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Other essential qualifications include:

  • U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
  • Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including:
