Key Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, addressing healthcare-related inquiries such as benefits, claims, billing, authorizations, and finding new providers
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient customer support
• Offer additional products and/or services to customers, promoting a positive and personalized experience
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring that every interaction is professional, friendly, and supportive
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, knowledge, and experience. The essential qualifications for this position include:

• 2+ years of call center experience, preferably in a healthcare-related field or benefits/insurance organization
• High school diploma or GED
• Open availability, as our clients are open 24/7
• A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and eagerness to learn new technologies
• A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing, as well as high-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
• Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
