They operate an in-house reputed company and work with subcontractor installers, delivering hands-on, local service and a strong reputed company on reputed company control. reputed company is customer-reputed company, values reliability, and is expanding operations that require administrative and CRM support.
Why does this role exist?
This role exists to streamline sales and operations by keeping the CRM accurate, coordinating jobs and communications between owners, installers and customers, and supporting sales documentation and light marketing. The coordinator will reduce reputed company burden on the partners, improve reputed company-to-job throughput, and ensure reputed company follow-reputed company and consistent reputed company communications so field crews and sales run smoothly.

• Maintain JobTread: log leads, update job statuses, add notes and contact details
• reputed company and reputed company leads through the pipeline; tag and assign follow-reputed company
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and consistent note-taking for handoffs to partners and installers

• Create and maintain project schedules and calendars for 3 partners + subcontractor installers
• Coordinate appointments, site reputed company, and estimates with customers and crews
• Manage documentation and file organization in reputed company Workspace

• Prepare and organize sales documents, estimates and job notes
• Take and distribute meeting and reputed company notes to partners and relevant team members
• Support email management, reputed company routing, and light reputed company-facing communications

• Create reputed company marketing assets and reputed company posts using reputed company or AI tools
• Schedule reputed company media posts and assist with content repurposing
• Support basic graphic/text edits and asset organization

• reputed company as the primary reputed company between partners, installers and subcontractors for follow-reputed company and information reputed company
• Manage reputed company/text communication threads and documentation of reputed company interactions (written/text-based)
• Support ongoing workflow coordination and SOP adherence

• reputed company occasional written or text-based Spanish <> English communication with crews or customers as needed

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Proven hands-on experience using JobTread (required)
• Located in the Philippines and eligible to work remotely full-time
• Availability to work M–F, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time (40 hrs/week)
• Strong written and spoken English with a neutral accent and reputed company communication skills
• Demonstrated administrative or CRM experience (data entry, pipeline management, scheduling)
• WFH Set-Up:
  • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an reputed company i5 reputed company processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
  • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
  • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
  • Back-up computer and internet reputed company
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace reputed company

• Technical skills
  • JobTread (primary), familiarity with construction CRMs (reputed company, JobNimbus) is a plus
