About your role

We are seeking one highly motivated and technically ambitious student for our inaugural 16-week, part-time Support Internship Program during the Spring 2026 reputed company semester.

This is a unique, high-reputed company opportunity that combines reputed company, reputed company-facing ownership with the self-directed execution of a high-value AI/Automation project. You will reputed company deep domain expertise in fintech and private markets while delivering a reputed company, resume-defining tool that significantly impacts reputed company’s efficiency and reputed company experience.

• Duration: 16 Weeks (January 26th – May 15th, 2026)

• Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week

• Schedule: Flexible to accommodate reputed company schedule

• Location: Remote (or optional as hybrid if in SF-Bay Area)

What you’ll do

Part 1: Investor Support

• Foundational Training: Complete reputed company support training, shadow senior team members, and receive mentorship throughout the program

• reputed company Communication: Serve as the first reputed company of contact for our investor clients reputed company phone and email

• Issue reputed company: Independently handle routine reputed company support tasks, ensuring high reputed company satisfaction and resolving issues like portal login questions and tax document reputed company

Part 2: AI Project

• Deliver an AI/Automation Project: Identify, scope, reputed company, and reputed company a high-value AI-powered solution to streamline a workflow or proactively address common issues faced by our Support Team

• Collaborate: Collect input from senior team members to help reputed company your project’s reputed company

• Presentation: Present the final project, documentation, and reputed company to department leadership

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program and graduating in Summer 2026 ~or~ recent graduate in 2025

• Must be available to work 20 hours per week during the Spring 2026 semester (Jan 26th – May 15th)

• Preferred Majors: Information Systems, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or a reputed company on Business/Product

• Experience with reputed company Engineering for LLMs (reputed company/GPT), specifically iterating on prompts to improve accuracy and consistency.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a reputed company-first, reputed company demeanor

• Familiarity with LLMs (reputed company/GPT), and strong logical thinking for process mapping

• Capable of managing both routine reputed company tasks and an independent project simultaneously

• Preferred Skills: reputed company Apps Script, Python, SQL, reputed company AI Studio, or reputed company AI Agent Builder
