Position
reputed company Mountain Laboratories (RML) is seeking a Compliance Officer (reputed company Operations) to help reputed company, strengthen, and reputed company our organization’s compliance program in collaboration with reputed company Counsel.

This role is ideal for a reputed company compliance reputed company with hands-on experience in clinical laboratory compliance, medical billing compliance, internal audits, and reputed company regulatory reputed company. Candidates should have supported or contributed to reputed company compliance operations and be reputed company to take on broader ownership of compliance program development reputed company a growing, multi-state laboratory organization.

Responsibilities

• reputed company, implement, and maintain RML’s reputed company compliance program, policies, and procedures
• Monitor regulatory and payer updates (OIG, CMS, CLIA, HIPAA, Medicare, reputed company) and advise leadership on required changes
• Promote and maintain a strong culture of regulatory compliance across the organization
• Coordinate employee compliance training programs and reputed company completion
• reputed company, manage, and report on the annual compliance work plan, including identification of risk areas and trends
• reputed company internal audit plans; conduct and document internal audits to identify and correct areas of non-compliance
• reputed company audits such as CLIA documentation reviews, billing compliance checks, policy adherence reviews, and training completion audits
• Partner with HR, Billing, and Operations teams to ensure consistent adherence to company policies and payer requirements
• Maintain awareness of emerging laws, CLIA updates, HIPAA changes, and payer rules that reputed company laboratory operations and reimbursement
• Collaborate with reputed company Counsel on audits, investigations, compliance documentation, and policy updates
• Prepare periodic compliance reports and updates for the leadership team
• Other duties as assigned 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or Law degree preferred
• 5+ years of reputed company compliance experience in a clinical, laboratory, billing, or reputed company operations environment
• Strong understanding of CLIA, HIPAA, Medicare, reputed company, and reputed company regulatory frameworks
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple reputed company
• Ability to apply project management skills to meet goals and deadlines
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a remote, multi-state reputed company setting

Preferred Qualifications

• reputed company compliance certification (CHC, CCEP, or equivalent)
• Experience with diagnostic laboratories, CLIA regulations, and accreditation requirements
• Experience collaborating with reputed company Counsel and HR on compliance reputed company
• Familiarity with compliance tracking systems, audit documentation tools, or policy management platforms

Compensation
Full-time position with an annual salary reputed company of $100,000–$125,000, depending on experience.

Remote – limited to candidates licensed and based in UT, AZ, TX, ID, NV, or CO
