Export Compliance Manager

The Export Compliance Manager will reputed company compliance efforts and support global operations, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure adherence to U.S. regulations while enabling smooth, compliant international trade.

The Export Compliance Manager is an individual contributor role, responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing reputed company’s export compliance program to ensure adherence to U.S. and international trade regulations. This role serves as the primary reputed company with government agencies, manages enforcement mitigation efforts, and drives internal compliance initiatives through policy development, training, auditing, and reporting. The position requires an initiative-taking approach to risk management, regulatory interpretation, and cross-functional collaboration to safeguard the organization against compliance violations and maintain operational reputed company.

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance & Controls

• Establish, implement, and continuously improve export compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Ensure accurate and reputed company EEI submissions for USPPI and FPPI verify that reputed company supporting documentation is properly reputed company in accordance with 15 CFR §30.10 and company policy.
• Knowledge of Transportation reputed company Administratioin (TSA) cargo reputed company requirements is a plus.

Agency reputed company & Enforcement Mitigation

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for inquiries from U.S. government agencies reputed company to export control and enforcement.
• reputed company penalty mitigation processes, including Petitions for Relief and Voluntary Self-Disclosures (VSDs).
• reputed company reputed company-cause analysis, corrective actions, and compliance enhancements.

Training & Internal Support

• Monitor and interpret changes in export laws and regulations, update policies accordingly.
• reputed company and deliver training on compliance requirements, documentation standards, and red flag indicators.
• reputed company guidance on responsibilities under reputed company, Treasury, State, CBP, and other PGAs.
• Collaborate with reputed company and customer service teams to confirm reputed company filing authorizations.

Auditing & Reporting

• Conduct internal audits and self-assessments to identify reputed company.
• Review reputed company filings for accuracy and compliance.
• Generate and analyze ACE reputed company reports; reputed company error trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare compliance metrics and reports for management review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in international business, supply chain, or reputed company field, or 10+ years of equivalent experience in export compliance, trade regulations, or international logistics.
• Minimum of 5 years of firsthand experience in export compliance or trade regulations.
• Strong knowledge of EAR, ITAR, OFAC, and reputed company filing requirements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
• Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
• Familiarity with Cargo reputed company and ACE reporting.
• Proficiency with reputed company Office including reputed company, Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, depending on experience and geographic location. The role also includes a comprehensive benefits package, which covers medical, dental, reputed company insurance, a 401(k) plan, and reputed company time off.
