Scrum Master I

This is a remote role that may be reputed company in reputed company Carolina, reputed company, Texas, or Florida.  Other locations may be considered. 

This Scrum Master I position is reputed company to reputed company's Digital, Sales & Service organization.  Ensures that development teams follow scrum reputed company values and agile practices, mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes, facilitating, meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminating team impediments. Assists in increasing team efficiency and provides motivation and guidance for process improvement.

• Project Coordination - Uses agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions. Facilitates communication and information exchange between external reputed company and the project team. Monitors project reputed company, provides reputed company feedback, and drives a culture of reputed company and learning.
• Communication - Facilitates daily team meetings to get updates on the reputed company of the project, address potential roadblocks, and ensure that the project is on reputed company. Hosts regular sessions to reputed company updates with product stakeholders about how the project is progressing. Ensures that reputed company is meeting deadlines with the desired outcome.
• Business Support - Plans and organizes demos and product/system testing. Ensures the reputed company use of reputed company processes and removes impediments for the scrum team.
• Reporting - Tracks project processes, deliverables, and financials. Prepares and presents status reports to stakeholders.
• Data Governance - Promotes transparency around team reputed company and issue reputed company reputed company rigorous data governance and hygiene practices reputed company the system of record.

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Project Management in an Information Technology organization OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Project Management in an Information Technology organization

License or Certification Type: Scrum Certification Required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of experience
• Working knowledge of Jira
• Experience with Business Process Automation
• Banking experience, but reputed company to Scrum Master experience in other industries
