About the Role

The Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative position is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. As a key member of our 24/7 call center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support for internet-related issues, troubleshooting technical difficulties, and ensuring high-quality service that meets our stringent standards. Your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner will be essential to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and professional assistance to customers experiencing technical difficulties related to internet services, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Respond to chats, support tickets, and emails in a prompt and courteous manner, helping customers resolve connectivity and account issues with ease.
  • Offer step-by-step troubleshooting for internet and device-related problems, utilizing your technical expertise and knowledge of networking concepts to provide personalized solutions.
  • Utilize Fresh Desk to log and track customer interactions, manage inquiries within service level agreements (SLAs), and ensure that all customer interactions are handled with the utmost care and attention to detail.
  • Access and update customer accounts using Sonar CRM, leveraging your understanding of customer relationship management principles to deliver tailored support and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Escalate unresolved technical issues to higher-level support as needed, collaborating with network operations and IT teams to resolve complex troubleshooting challenges and ensure seamless issue resolution.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities to improve customer service, providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements that can help us refine our support strategies and achieve our goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of technical, language, and interpersonal skills. The following requirements are essential:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate fluently and effectively in both languages.
  • At least 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and resolving complex customer issues.
  • Familiarity with internet troubleshooting, networking concepts, and ticketing systems (Fresh Desk, Sonar CRM), with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and effective manner.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas, think critically, and provide personalized support to customers with diverse needs and preferences.
  • Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and rotating schedules, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work that can accommodate the demands of a 24/7 call center environment.
