Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team at blithequark. As a Customer Care Professional, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with clients on a daily basis to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Service inbound calls while engaging and communicating with entrepreneurs and managers to understand their needs and suggest the right blithequark products
  • Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate product features, benefits, and other aspects of blithequark services
  • Continuously enhance key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals
  • Provide exceptional client care by responding to inquiries regarding accounts in a prompt, organized client care environment
  • Document vital record information according to established policies and procedures
  • Comply with all regulatory and compliance rules related to servicing and sales practices

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Client support experience (2 years+) with a focus on building client loyalty through outstanding listening, consultative relationship building, intelligence, and strong written and verbal communication
  • Proven results in a client care and sales environment (2 years+)
  • Ability to work in a high-speed, metric-driven environment with capable multitasking and navigation in an online environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a private industry setting
  • Full-time availability to work 8 hours per day
  • Location in Arizona, USA (or willingness to relocate)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
