This role is based in San Francisco or remote.
Compensation:
$80,710—$166,168 USD
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and execute talent management programs, including performance management and succession planning.
• Analyze data to report on program effectiveness.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and vendor relationships.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Talent Management or HR operations.
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
