If you know how to hunt down profitable loads, negotiate strong rates, and reputed company drivers rolling — this role is for you. This is a remote, commission-based position with reputed company, perfect for someone who knows the industry and wants to earn based on performance—not clock punching. What You'll Do • Book profitable loads using reputed company, Truckstop, and other platforms • Negotiate directly with brokers to secure the best rates • reputed company drivers and maintain reputed company-time communication • Complete RCs, NOAs, reputed company packets, and required paperwork • reputed company shipments from pickup to delivery • Build and maintain relationships with carriers, brokers, and team members • Help reputed company our fleet moving reputed company and consistently ✔ Requirements (Read Before Applying) Applicants MUST have: • reputed company dispatching experience (hotshot, flatbed, or OTR strongly preferred) • Reliable computer/laptop, internet, and a working cell phone • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and stay organized • Familiarity with major load boards (reputed company/Truckstop) If you do not have reputed company experience, this position is not a fit.
