Part Time Salesforce Administrator

Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2025-11-24
United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) is a national nonprofit network advancing the independence, inclusion, and quality of life of people with cerebral palsy and other intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our national office supports affiliates across the U.S. and Canada through fundraising, advocacy, data, and shared services. We are looking for a part-time Salesforce Administrator to own the day-to-day health of our Salesforce environment and help us use data more intelligently across development, communications, and operations. This is an excellent role for someone who enjoys being the “go-to” Salesforce resource in a small, fast-moving nonprofit and is comfortable working independently. Responsibilities • Serve as the primary Salesforce admin for UCP’s org, including user setup, profiles/permission sets, page layouts, and Lightning apps. • Configure and maintain Salesforce Lightning (flows, validation rules, custom fields/objects, record types, report types, etc.). • Build and maintain reports and dashboards for leadership, development, and program teams. • Maintain and improve data quality: deduping, routine data hygiene, imports/exports (Data Loader or similar), and basic data governance standards. • Manage and optimize our FormAssembly integration (form builds, connectors, mapping into Salesforce). • Manage and support the iContact integration (lists, segments, subscription preferences, campaign tracking into Salesforce). • Provide Tier I/II support to staff: troubleshoot issues, answer data questions, and translate non-technical requests into clear Salesforce solutions. • Create and maintain concise documentation and quick-reference guides for staff; lead occasional short trainings or refreshers. Qualifications • 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including substantial work in Salesforce Lightning. • Recent nonprofit experience using Salesforce for fundraising, donor management, or mission-related programs. • Practical, recent experience with: • Lightning configuration (pages, apps, flows, validation rules, reports & dashboards) • FormAssembly integrated with Salesforce • iContact (or a similar email platform) integrated with Salesforce • Strong skills with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and clean-up. • Experience with bulk data tools (Data Loader or equivalent). • Experience with the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) or a comparable nonprofit data model. • Prior experience supporting development or fundraising teams (donor lifecycle, campaigns, acknowledgements). • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting, manage a 20-hour/week workload, and communicate clearly with non-technical colleagues. • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201); additional certifications a plus. • Nonprofit Cloud Consultant certification preferred. Role details • Hours: ~20 hours per week with some flexibility; regular overlap with U.S. Eastern/Central time is required. Must be eligible to work in the United States. • Pay: $25-28/ hour • Location: Remote (U.S.-based). How to apply • Submit your resume and include a brief cover letter summarizing: • Your nonprofit Salesforce experience • A concrete example of an automation or configuration you built that improved efficiency or data quality • Your experience with FormAssembly and iContact • Email ksaglam@ucp.org with the subject line: “Part-Time Salesforce Administrator – [Your Name]”.
