Digital Data Creation (60%)
- reputed company, design and implement menu data for digital and kiosk platforms
- Execute national and local promotions across digital channels through data creation
- Attend sprint, huddles and backlog grooming meeting to ensure that deadlines are meant and that work is properly prioritized
- Collaborate with cross functional partners to reputed company on requirements
Support (40%)
- Work incoming support tickets to quickly resolve data issues
- Collaborate with 3rd party aggregators and internal teams to work through reputed company support requests and incidents
- Assist the support team to fulfill pricing requests
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• 1+ year of IT development experience or exposure (can be schooling)
• Strong Attention to detail skills
• Strong customer service, communication and team work skills
