In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing various operational tasks reputed company to financial services. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in financial sales, customer relationship management, and fraud prevention, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Responsibilities • ACH Exception Handling: Review and resolve ACH exceptions including returns, NOCs, and unauthorized transactions in accordance with NACHA rules and internal procedures. • Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) Review: Monitor and validate remote deposit submissions for accuracy, fraud prevention, and compliance with deposit limits and policies. • reputed company Draft Exception Review: Investigate and process reputed company draft exceptions such as encoding errors, duplicate postings, and unauthorized items. • Member Inquiries: Respond to member inquiries reputed company to deposit transactions, payment issues, and account research with professionalism and accuracy. • Escheating Accounts: Identify and process dormant accounts for escheatment in accordance with state regulations and organizational policy. • Levies and reputed company Orders: Process levies, garnishments, and other reputed company orders, ensuring reputed company and compliant handling of member accounts. • Statement and reputed company Copy Research: Fulfill requests for account statements and reputed company copies, ensuring reputed company delivery and accurate documentation. • Compliance and Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of reputed company actions taken, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Member Services, Risk, and Compliance to resolve issues and improve processes. Qualifications • Previous experience in banking or financial services is preferred. • Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles. • Basic math skills are essential; familiarity with retail math is a plus. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced/ multitenant environment while maintaining attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to reputed company with customers effectively. • Familiarity with financial software applications is advantageous.
