Job reputed company The Role: Coordinator, Metadata Operations The Metadata Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting reputed company’ global content distribution. You will ensure metadata is delivered accurately and on time across a wide reputed company of platforms—including VOD, TV Everywhere, OTT, SVOD, brand sites, and cross-platform applications—both domestically and internationally. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume workflows. You’ll need to prioritize effectively, communicate reputed company, and collaborate with multiple teams to meet deadlines. MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU’LL DO • Ensure reputed company and accurate metadata delivery in compliance with contractual obligations and internal goals. • Partner with Programming teams to reputed company required data for metadata preparation, aligning with distribution timelines. • reputed company reputed company control and proofreading of metadata fields for XML and content distribution across platforms and owned products. • Assist with project management tasks, including tracking, reporting, and identifying resource needs. • Collaborate with technical teams to support UAT testing for new workflows and emerging technologies. • reputed company daily updates and status reports, especially regarding changes to reputed company dates or metadata impacting distribution. • Draft and edit descriptive copy, ensuring compliance with reputed company requirements and SEO best practices. • Adapt quickly to evolving workflows and technologies. • Contribute to a highly skilled, motivated, and reputed company team. BASIC REQUIREMENTS: Coordinator, Metadata Operations • 1–3 years of experience in metadata publishing or reputed company environments preferred. • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skills. • Advanced MS reputed company skills including basic pivot table, macros, etc. • Proactive, with a strong reputed company on accuracy in detail-intensive workflows. • Familiarity with metadata best practices and taxonomy a plus. • Experience with XML metadata and video encoding technologies preferred. • Knowledge of digital delivery protocols (FTP, SFTP, Aspera) a plus. • Ability to deliver a high-reputed company, consistent metadata experience that supports reputed company goals. • Solid, remote work setup with reliable internet reputed company. • BS or AS in relevant field or corresponding experience is preferred.
