Job Overview

As a Customer Service Loyalty Champion II at blithequark, you will be responsible for resolving customer needs, preventing churn, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve escalated customer concerns with varying levels of complexity, emphasizing proactive measures and a premium experience.
  • Grow the business by completing full end-to-end account analyses and executing targeted loyalty and retention strategies for high-value and at-risk customers.
  • Provide exceptional experiences by listening for signs of churn, leveraging historical reports, and navigating systems to offer applicable solutions.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and advocate for customers, highlighting blithequark's products and services and applying business acumen to make informed decisions.
  • Identify plans, products, and services that suit customer needs to prevent future contacts and drive long-term loyalty.

Work Environment

This is a remote role, with occasional in-person trainings and meetings. You will work from home, with a private workspace and reliable internet connection, and will be required to attend onsite training and meetings in Irving, TX, for up to three weeks during the training period and periodically throughout your employment.

Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you must:

  • Have a Bachelor's Degree or one or more years of customer service experience.
  • Have one or more years of sales experience.
  • Have experience resolving complex customer issues, including escalations, billing, and product Q&A.
  • Have a strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and retention goals.
  • Be willing to work a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
  • Meet all home office requirements, including a private workspace, minimum internet speed, and a desk for the required equipment provided.

Preferred Qualifications

Even better if you have:

  • A degree in a related field.
  • Experience troubleshooting customer products and services and working knowledge of our network to position network solutions.
  • Experience promoting and upselling products or services.
  • One or more years of retention experience.
  • Based on the required in-person training and periodic center collaborations, candidates should live in Texas within a 75-mile radius of our listed hub location.
